馄饨皮买的。
绞肉，大白菜，香菇，马蹄，葱，姜，剁碎了，加油，香油，酱油。绞啊绞啊绞。
包好下锅。酱油辣椒碟。
好吃。。。

Stuffing:
Lean beef mince
Chinese leaf; Chinese dry mushroom (shiitake); water chestnut; root ginger, a little piece; salad onion, a few

mix well with mince beef
Boil for about 3min in plenty of water
Sauce:
Soy sauce, chilli sauce, finely chopped spring orion and coriander
