昨天做的的两道甜点

夏日浆果福

* 200g raspberries/ 200g 覆盆子
* 200g strawberries / 200g 草莓
* 3 tbsp icing sugar / 3 匙 糖霜粉
* 500ml Greek yogurt / 500 ml 厚酸奶
* shortbread biscuits, to serve / 甜酥饼 做搭配

将覆盆子，草莓与糖霜打匀（可以用筛子将覆盆子的籽筛掉）
将一半的果泥与酸奶拌匀，分四杯装
再将剩下的果泥分四份放入杯中 表面用草莓点缀
冷藏 想吃的时候就和饼干吃啦

Whizz the berries in a food processor with the icing sugar. Sieve to get rid of the seeds if you prefer. Mix the yoghurt and 1/ 2 the fruit puree. Swirl in the rest of the puree and spoon the mixture into 4 dishes. Chill until needed. Serve with the shortbread.

Blueberry cheesecake pots
蓝莓芝士蛋糕杯

将150g 蓝莓与2匙白糖同煮2-3分钟，放凉
将5片消化饼干与25g融化的黄油压碎，放入4个杯子的底部，冷藏
250g软奶酪，4匙奶油（鲜忌廉），4匙糖霜粉打匀
将打匀的奶酪与蓝莓分层放入杯中即成

150g blueberries, cooked with 2 tbsp of caster sugar for 2-3 minutes and cooled
5 digestive biscuits, crushed in a plastic bag/cling film with 25g melted butter and pressed into the bottom of 4 glasses and chilled
Mix 250g soft cheese, 4tbs double cream and 4tbs icing sugar
Make alternative layers of cheescake and blueberry mix in each glass and serve.
